大部分的西方人完全不知道中藥是啥，竟然台灣其中一個最優秀的中醫就是美國人！自美國的中醫 Greg 最近帶我去逛迪化街來了解中藥的重要性，嘗試中藥美食，和帶著我去一個現代中藥工廠來親眼看看製作科學中藥的過程！

Most Westerners aren’t familiar with Chinese medicine, but surpassingly one of Taiwan’s most respected Chinese Medical practitioners comes from America! Greg, an American Chinese Medical Practitioner, recently took me to Taipei’s Dihua Street to learn about Chinese Medicine, try Chinese Medicinal cuisine and even tour a factory to see how Modern Chinese Medicine is made!
